Membership Voucher Process

1) Purchase a gift voucher with your details.

2) Receive an email with a downloadable voucher to personalise for your gift voucher recipient.

3) Gift voucher recipient to call the membership department (03 9652 1155) to have the gift voucher transferred onto a membership of their choice and with their details entered. Please note: any balance is to be paid via Annual or Monthly Easy Pay payment plan or on the spot.

Membership Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher Eligibility

• This voucher is valid only for new or renewal memberships with Melbourne Football Club.
• The voucher is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• The voucher must be redeemed in accordance with the membership categories available at the time of redemption.

2. Voucher Redemption

• The voucher is valid for the purchase or renewal of any Melbourne Football Club membership type, subject to availability.
• To redeem the voucher, the recipient must contact membership services on (03) 9652 1155.
• The voucher must be used within the specified validity period (3 years from the date of purchase).
• Membership benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific membership tier.
• Any voucher not redeemed before the expiry date will be void, and no extensions or replacements will be granted.

4. Membership Type & Pricing

• The voucher value can be applied towards any membership level, but if the membership exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the recipient.
• If the membership type chosen is lower in value than the voucher, no refund will be given for the difference. The remaining balance can be used on another membership product.

5. Special Offers and Discounts

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless stated otherwise by Melbourne Football Club.
• The voucher cannot be applied retrospectively to any memberships previously purchased.

6. Restrictions and Exclusions

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase or renew matchday tickets, hospitality packages, merchandise, or any other services not directly related to the membership.
• Memberships purchased using the voucher are subject to the club’s standard membership terms, including any applicable rules and regulations.

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Melbourne Football Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Vouchers should be kept safe, as they cannot be reissued or replaced.

8. Membership Activation

• Membership will be activated once the voucher has been redeemed and payment (if applicable) is processed successfully.
• Any membership benefits will be available after activation and are subject to the terms of the specific membership.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Memberships purchased with a voucher are non-refundable once activated, except in accordance with the club's membership cancellation policy.
• If a member cancels their membership within any applicable cooling-off period, the voucher value cannot be refunded.

10. Liability

• Melbourne Football Club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the voucher, except where required by law.
• The club reserves the right to amend, cancel, or terminate the voucher program at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By redeeming the voucher, the recipient agrees to these terms and conditions and any additional terms specific to the membership.
