Member Pack and Card FAQs

Eligible members can opt in to receive a membership pack via their MyDemons account or by contacting the Membership Services team on 03 9652 1155 or at membership@melbournefc.com.au

Eligible adult members will receive a scarf and bumper sticker should they opt in to receive a membership pack. If members do not opt in or select no, a $25 voucher to The Demon Shop voucher will be emailed.

Please note, all junior members will automatically receive a specific junior membership pack in the mail.

Auskick members will receive their packs directly from the AFL.

Members should receive their pack to the address listed on the primary members account within 6 weeks of opting in.

Tracking numbers will be sent to members who opt in to receive a pack. Those who opt in for card only will not receive tracking.

If you have changed address since purchasing your membership, please contact the Membership Services team on 03 9652 1155 or at membership@melbournefc.com.au

Members will only be able to see the primary account holders name on their MyDemons account. All eligible members on the primary account will receive the same selection of pack and/or card as made by the primary account holder.

All membership packs under the primary account holder will be sent to the address listed on the primary account. Family membership packs must all be sent to the same address. If you wish to have individual membership packs for members currently listed under your membership account sent to different addresses, you will need to create separate accounts for these members. This can be done by contacting the Membership Services team on 03 9652 1155 or at membership@melbournefc.com.au

Membership packs will be posted in the mail, there will be no pack/scarf collection at matches or from the Demon Shop in 2024.

Eligible members can opt in to receive a plastic membership card via their MyDemons account or by contacting the Membership Services team on 03 9652 1155 or at membership@melbournefc.com.au.

Member cards will be barcoded in 2024 and will provide access to games. If you don’t need a member card, you will still be able to access games via your mobile membership.

AFL Club Support members will not receive a plastic membership card from the club as access is provide via the AFL.

MCC Exclusive and Supporter members will access games using their MCC membership card.

Baby Demon, Little Demon, Armchair, International Digital & Kayo members will not receive a plastic membership card from the club as these memberships do not provide access to games. Juniors under 5 years old access games for free if a seat is not required for them.

Young Demon members will receive a plastic membership card if the primary account holder has opted in to receive a card.

Little Demon and Baby Demon members are ineligible to receive a membership card as they have no game access.

If you lose your membership card you are able to use your mobile membership for ticketing via your MyDemons account on the Melbourne Football Club app. Click here for instructions.

A $7.50 service fee will be charged to members who require a replacement plastic membership card. This can be ordered by contacting the Membership Services team on 03 9562 1155 or at membership@melbournefc.com.au

Members who are eligible to receive a membership pack and do not opt in, will be sent a $25 Demon Shop voucher via email.

The $25 Demon Shop voucher codes expire on the 31st October 2024.

The $25 Demon Shop voucher can be used on full priced items and transactions over $50. Only one code can be used per transaction.
